Description
NAICS Code: 541612 The United States Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Human Resources (OHR) intends to award through the Office of Acquisition Management a fixed rate Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract for Human Resources Support Services. The contract will be effective for a base period of one year and have four year-long option periods. The date of award is anticipated to be around June 2007. The proposed contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns. Quotations from other than Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns will not be considered. All responsible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the EPA. The formal solicitation and other related information and items will be posted on or about March 22, 2007. The North American Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541612 with a size standard of $6.5 million. The EPA's OHR requires support in the areas of HR Staffing and Classification, HR Policy and Guidance, Employee Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, Human Resources Development, and Information Management and Reporting. All individuals assigned to this project must possess an in-depth knowledge of Title 5, United States Code, Government Organization and Employees, and the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 5, Administrative Personnel. Most of the work will be performed on-site at EPA facilities located in the Federal Complex, 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC.
