Description

This is a synopsis for a SOLE SOURCE requirements of maintenance of a Sciaky welder located at Anniston Army Depot. The contractor shall provide maintenance for a base and 4 option years. This solicitation is North American Industrial Classificatio n System Code is 811310 and the size standard is $6,500,000.00 dollars. This is a SOLE SOURCE to Gilbert Industrial. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. This is a SOLE SOURCE solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may down load a copy on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimat ed issue date is 22 DEC 2006. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation, and is in fact, unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is, therefore, incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/rec eipt of proposals may render the vendors bid or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejections of the same. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
