- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code is 334516, Size Standard not to exceed 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition number F2KBAD7047A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15 effective 12 Feb 07. (CLIN 0001) Recirculating Fluid Temperature Range: +5C to +35C Cooling Capacity: 10,000 watts (34,100 BTU/hr) at 20C fluid temperature and 20C ambient (68F) Condenser: Air-cooled Power Requirements: 208-230 Volts, 60 Hz, 3 Phase Pump Capacity: 20 gpm at 50 psi (CP-75) 1" FPT Supply and Return connections Reservoir Volume: 15 Gallons (56.8 Liters) Reservoir Automatic Refill Device Controller: TC-400 Displays setpoint and recirculating fluid temperature to a resolution of 1degree C or 0.1 degree C (user selectable) 15 pin analog interface on the rear of the unit which provides: Remote Start and Stop via switch closure Status Relays: Unique contacts (250V/3A) for low level, pump on, temperature warnings, low flow, and unit faults Analog temperature out (0-10VDC) Analog setpoint in (0-10VDC) RS-232 serial communications interface (RS-485 option) Remote probe interface Physical Dimensions (HxWxD): In. 46" x 33" x 25", Qty 1ea.
