Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional inform ation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of three (3) each Fluorescent Aerodynamic Particle Sizers (FLAPS), to include FLAPS III 3317 biological trigger, XMX/2A OEM Concentrator, protective enclosure, host controller with CBNET alarm and control software, hard shell transport case with custom foam insert, communications interface box with two (2) each TDMA Freewaves, and also the up-grade of five (5) each existing HPAM 3.0S systems, to include CBNET 5.0 software license, High Performance Asynchronous Multoplexing Systems 3.1 (HPAM), hardware/software upgrades for the HPA Ms, communication interface box, shielded ethernet cables, and tech/training support. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. Submit written offers (oral offerers will not be a ccepted), on W911S6-07-T- 0026. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 334519 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
