- Solicitation NumberOPM0407R0008 The Office of Personnel Management intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. for maintenance and support for the building energy management support system and related computer components for its facility located at 1900 E Street, NW, Washington, DC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This maintenance and support is a continuation of a program that began on October 1, 2001. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Firms believing they can provide the services described above must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received within 10 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses and inquiries to this notice must be sent by email to Dorsey H. Delavigne, Jr. at dorsey.delavigne@opm.gov. Responses should include your Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS). In addition, responders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration. The NAICS Code 335999 applies to this procurement. This notice may represent the only official notice of such a solicitation.
