- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT that the Government intends to make Sole Source award, in accordance with FAR 12 as authorized by FAR 6.302-1a(2)(iii), to Innovation Associates Inc., 627 Field Street, Johnson City NY 13790-1057. Innovation Associates Inc. is considered the only responsible source and no other suppliers or servicers will satisfy agency requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. This requirement is for the warranty on the PharmAssist hardware and software currently installed and utilized by the Davis-Monthan AFB Medical Treatment Facility Pharmacy. The PharmAssist is used by the 355 MTF Pharmacies for prescription entry and image scanning, prescription dispensing, prescription checking and dispenser replenishment. This service will be provided to 355 MDG/SGSAP, 4175 S. Alamo Avenue, Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ 85707. Performance will begin 1 Apr 07. This procurement is being issued with a North American Commercial Code of 423450 and Size Standard of 100 employees. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
