- The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a sole source award to Advanced Control Concepts, Inc. as there are no other known sources that has the experience and expertise to install a Access Control System compatible with the current ssytems that is in use at this facility. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
