- The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a sole source to Pratt and Whitney to provide probes for F100-PW-229 Engine used for non-destructive inspection of 4th Stage of the engine in accordance with technical order 2J-F100-9. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
