- Repair of RNA-34A, Receiver, Radio Navigation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Solicitation number FA8539-07-R-11767 is issued as a request for proposals. A Repair contract with a basic quantity of 47; and 4 option years with a quantity of 20 ea; for NSN 5826-01-479-2461, Part# 2041234-3442. Quantities or options will be as set forth in the solicitation. Unit of issue is Each. Destination is unkn or will be furnished at a later date. Delivery schedule is outlined in the solicitation. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided as an attachment to the solicitation. Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. All offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer or be registered with ORCA (Online Certs & Reps). 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
