- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance FAR Part 12, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of Directorate for Information Operations (IO) in the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Warfighting Support (ODUSD(IWS)/IO, is issuing this Request for Quote(RFQ) to support the requirement summarized below. This will be a labor-hour/firm-fixed-price contract IAW FAC 2005-15. The expected period of performance will be a base period of one year with three one-year options. This a 100% Set Aside for Small Businesses, NAICS code is 541690, and size standard is $6 .5 M. The contractor shall provide the Information Operations (IO) Directorate with management & technical services, to include analytic and administrative support to IO, Executive Committee (EXCOM), working groups and steering committees. The contractor shall draft, review, update, and coordinate products and publications. The contractors shall also establish a website to assist the IO Directorate and the IO EXCOM in disseminating and coordinating information.
