- ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED to Floyd Carlton, Contracting Officer, AMSAM-AC-AL-A, NSN 1560-01-164-6715, PRON: AX7Q0123AX, Part Number: 406-060-603-101, NOUN: Control Unit, Fuel Q, Quantity: Minimu m 10 each, Maximum 50 each three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) contract, applicable to OH-58D with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Production lead time is 10 each 200 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restr icted to Simmonds Precision Products Incorporated Cage 89305, and Bell Helicopter Textron Incorporated Cage 97499. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are enc ouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
