- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. You may also access information on the NSWC Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division requires Image Intensifier Assembly, 18mm Microchannel Wafer, Night Vision Image Tube, MX-10160C and MX-10160C OS (Optional Specification). Inspection point is source and Acceptance point is at destination by NSWC Crane personnel. This solicitation will be issued on a full and open competition basis using a performance specification. The solicitation will include line items 0001 for 18MM Tubes IAW Performance Specification 18 MM Microchannel Night Vision Image Tube MX-10160C; CLIN 0002 for 18MM Tubes IAW Performance Specification 18 MM Microchannel Night Vision Image Tube MX-10160C OS and CLIN 0003 for associated contract data requirement (data sheet). The Navy intends to award a five-year Firm-Fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a minimum of 900 and a maximum of 6,800. Desired delivery CLIN 0001: 50 each per month 270 days after receipt of order; CLIN 0002 100 each per month 90 days after receipt of order. NAICS code 333314 Size 500. DPAS rating is DO-A70. Offerors will shall be required to submit a written a written proposal. Evaluation criteria shall consist of Capability, Past Performance and Price. Award will be on a best value basis.
