- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a sole source ?bridge contract? Purchase Order for two months of warehousing (moving & hauling) services at the IRS/Enterprise Computing Center. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: Disassembly and reassembly of furniture, shelving, and partitions; disassembly and reassembly of exhibits (as shown in AutoCAD drawings); and moving/hauling of filing cabinets, high-density filing systems, libraries/books, and office equipment. The period of performance will be from 04/01/07 through 05/31/07. The IRS Office of Research has identified Allstate Professional Movers, Inc. of Temple Hills, MD as the sole source to provide the services. Responsible sources who believe they can provide the required services may submit a written capability statement, via e-mail, no later than 15 days from the published date of this announcement. Telephone inquiries will be considered non-responsive. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. If no responses are received the award will be made to Allstate Professional Movers, Inc.
