- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with UNETIXS Vascular Inc., 115 Airport Street, North Kingstown, Rhode Island 02852-7529 under the authority FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.501. This procurement is to obtain service and maintenance for the UNETIXS Multilab Series 2LHS-T1 Vascular System located at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, Missouri 64128. The base period of service will be from April 1, 2007 through September 30, 2007 and up to four (4) Option Years after the base period. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposal based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
