Description: In accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76 (revised), Performance of Commercial Activities, May 29, 2003, on 1 Dec 2006, formal public notification was made to announce the official start date of a public-private competition for Railroad Transportation Services performed at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. On 1 March 2007, a streamlined competition was conducted in accordance with guidance from the revised circular which determined agency performance to be the most efficient and cost effective method of operation. No solicitation will be issued.
