Description

This project is a 100% Design Project. The project consists of construction of a 9,911 SF Air Support Operations Squadron (ASOS) facility that includes a communications equipment maintenance bay for HMMWV mounted equipment, associated tool and repai r materials storage, a 4,440 SF covered parking for HMMWV(Humvee) military vehicles and apron, complete with associated supporting utilities, storm drainage, communications, electric, HVAC, CATV, Security, Mass Notification Systems, fire protection, paving , POV Parking, walks, curbs & gutters, access drives, exterior lighting, security fencing, site improvements and landscaping. The site is clean and force protection (AT/FP) measures will be incorporated into the design. The performance period is 365 days . The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.? This solicitation is Full and Open and the basis for award is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process. Proposals will be evaluated by the government in accordance with the following criteria: Prime Contractor Experience, Prime Contractor Past Perf ormance and Past Performance on the Utilization of All Types of Small Businesses. The estimated issue date is 27 March 2007, with an approximate proposal due date of 27 April 2007. This solicitation will be advertised Subject to Availability of Funds (SAF).
