Cover, Fitted Vehicular Body, being bought in accordance with Army Drawing NR (19207) 12450244; P/N 12450244-12 and all related data. The total quantity required is 62 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. FOB destination is requested. This solicitation is an RFQ and will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 04/6/06, hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD at the above web site. Requests should include the RFQ number, opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request Number, buyer?s name and your complete name and address. First Article Test (FAT) is required of two (2) units, 90 days. There is one waived FAT source: (56101) The John Johnson Company. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery. The required delivery is for 62 each to be delivered in 150 days. If waived FAT source, required delivery is 30 days. Notice to all Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitation in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
