- The Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE), in the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit information from qualified vendors in three areas, all related to the topic of low-income couples? decision-making processes: (1) research on low-income couples? decision-making processes; (2) methodologies for exploring low-income couples? decision-making processes; and (3) costs for exploring low-income couples? decision-making processes. It is possible that OPRE will use the information acquired from the responses to this RFI to develop a Request for Proposal (RFP); however, there is no guarantee that an RFP will follow this RFI.
