Description: THIS PROCUREMENT IS LIMITED TO COMPETITION ONLY BY SMALL BUSINESSES. THIS IS A NON-APPROPRIATED FUND PURCHASE AND IT DOES NOT OBLIGATE APPROPRIATED FUNDS OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. The U.S. Coast Guard Academy has a requirement for UNIFORM FITTING AND ALTERATION SERVICES for the USCG Academy in New London, Connecticut. The contractor will be responsible for performing uniform fitting and alterations in accordance with the USCG Uniform Fitting and Alterations Manual, see attached files. The anticipated contract will have fixed rates per type of service offered. The period of performance will be five years with a base year and four options years. No paper copies of solicitation will be issued.
