Description
The Army Contracting Agency (ACA)/Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff Installation Management (OACSIM), is seeking potential qualified small businesses to perform a study on the use and envi ronmental and economical impact Natural Gas for the Army for a period of 180 days after contract award. This notice is open to all small businesses including the following size classifications: HUBZONE, 8(a), small, and small disadvantaged businesses relative to NAICS code 541620 with the Small Business Size Standard of $6.5 million. This Sources Sought no tice is not a request for proposals/quotes. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only. It should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. It is used as market research venue to ascertain whether there are potential small bus iness sources capable of meeting our customers requirement. Based on the industry response to this Source Sought notice, it will be determined whether or not the requirement would be a small business set-aside, and therefore, the Government may revise it s acquisition strategy and solicitation requirements accordingly. The capability statements should include the company name, address, contact information, business size and an explanation of how the firm can meet the requirements delineate d in the PWS, (i.e you may include related projects to show capability). Individual responses to this request for information that may contain company proprietary information must be marked accordingly. Such information will not be released outside the Go vernment. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information identified (e.g., limited and/or restricted rights).
