- This modification is issued to inform potential offerors that the solicitation is available for downloading and viewing at http://www.arl.army.mil/main/main/default.cfm?Action=6&Page=8, and to inform potential offerors that the requirement is now a H ub zone set-aside for companies located in North Carolina. All Hub zone certified companies located in North Carolina may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. If you are not a Hub zone company in North Carolina your proposal will no t be considered by the agency. Any prospective offeror having questions should submit their questions to the Contracting Officer, Vonetta Goodson, at vonetta.goodson@us.army.mil.
