You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-B, Margaret Dwyer, Contract Specialist, or Garry Biller, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-9 55-8601. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: AX7F0168, NSN: 3040-01-081-2779, PN: 70305-02119-042, Quantity: 298 each applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. FOB Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article T esting (FAT) is 100 each 413 days after contract award (DACA) and 100 each per month thereafter until contract completion. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 100 each 275 days after contra ct award and 100 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete , and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upo n the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitat ion will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
