Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is 07SQ600067; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423610, the small business size standard is 100 employees. This request for quotation consists of the following factory new items and must adhere to the following salient characteristics: Item 0001: GE Fanuc Part Number - IC693CPU374, Model 374 Plus, Boolean speed of 0.15ms/K; user logic memory of 240K bytes; real time clock; 4096 I/O discrete points; 2048 I/O Analog points; 133 MHz processor. Also included are two (2) Ethernet Ports with 10/100 Mbps built in switch, EDG and web diagnostics support. Item 0002: GE Fanuc Part Number - IC693CBL300, Three (3) foot long connecting cable. Item 0003: GE Fanuc Part Number - IC693CHS392, Expansion base for I/O modules, capable of expansion to 50 feet from main. Item 0004: GE Fanuc Part Number - IC693ALG221, 4-20 milliamp, 4 channel, analog input module, accuracy at 0.1% full scale, and a 12 bit resolution at 4 microamps/bit. Item 0005: GE Fanuc Part Number - IC693MDL931, 8 point, 8.0 amp isolated, relay, N.C. and form C, 0 to 125Vdc, 0 to 265Vac, 120/125Vac nominal, 1 point per common, with 20 screw terminal block included. Item 0006: GE Fanuc Part Number - IC693ALG392, 4-20 milliamp, 8 channel, analog output module, 1500 volts RMS field to logic side isolation, accuracy at 0.1% at 77 degrees F, 16 bit resolution at 0.5 microvolts/bit, 5 milliamp (2K ohms) maximum output load, and a 20 screw terminal block included. Item 0007: GE Fanuc Part Number - IC693ALG391, 0-5 volt, 2 channel, analog output module, 1500 volts RMS field to logic side isolation, 12 bit resolution, 5 milliamp (2K ohms) maximum output load, and a 20 screw terminal block included. Item 0008: Zicom Quick Panel Part Number - QPICTAE0000, 10 and 1/2 inch color monitor with integral Ethernet port. Item 0009: Zicom Quick Designer Software Part Number - BC646MQP001, Quick Designer software to program the Quick panel human machine interface panel. Item 0010: GE Fanuc Part Number - IC693ACC341, Redundant power supply base, power supplies can be either AC or DC, with 0.5 meter connection cable, and supports two power supplies. Item 0011: GE Fanuc Part Number - IC693ACC350, Redundant power supply adapter for CPU and expansion base, Compatible with 10 slot CPU and expansion racks. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial.
