Description

This notice has been modified to change the response due date from March 20, 2007 to March 14, 2007. The U.S General Services Administration's Federal Technology Service intends to issue a contract to GasTOPS, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, through reference number 4THO17075502. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement for GasTOPS, Inc. is to provide annual in-service support (extended warranty) for the FilterCHECK Model FC300. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This request is not a notice for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. All information should be submitted via email to Judy Drupiewski at judy.drupiewski@gsa.gov. Responses must be submitted by COB March 20,2007. All information submitted on or before this date will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. FilterCHECK Model FC300 Annual in-service support extended warranty (2007-2012) for 5 years.
