Description

REQUIREMENTS: The United States Government seeks expressions of interest in leasing approximately 3,500 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding 3,100 Usable Square Feet (USF) of Class A office and related space in Centerville, MA for occupancy by the Internal Revenue Service. Space offered must be ADA, ABAAS and NFPA compliant. LEASE TERM: Lease shall be for ten years, five firm. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required on or before Dec 1, 2007. Expressions of Interest must include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address, and phone number of property owner. 3. Rentable Square Feet offered and annual RSF rentable rate - rate should be broken out to Annual Shell and Annual Operating Costs. 4. RSF rate for standard building tenant improvements offered. Written responses are required not later than March 28, 2007. FAX's will be accepted. Verbal responses will not be considered.
