- The solicitation will be posted on or about March 9, 2007. The PCIE/ECIE plans to publish a follow-up report to provide a status of oversight efforts for the period of October 31, 2006 through March 31, 2007. The objective of this (SOW) is to acquire services for the preparation and publication of an update on the PCIE/ECIE IG community?s oversight of Gulf Coast hurricane recovery. Preparation services shall include assistance with canvassing the Offices of Inspector General (OIGs) of the PCIE/ECIE community, retrieving their inputs, and working with them to finalize their inputs into a final product. It is planned that there will be two (2) semiannual PCIE/ECIE semiannual reports during the 2007 calendar year; the second semiannual report shall be included as an option to the awarded contract. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
