Description

The solicitation is amended to provide the part number, description of the spectrum analyzers, and extend the closing date of the solicitation. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requireme nt (No Substitutes): MFR: Anritsu; PN: MT8212B; 4 each; Spectrum Analyzers; DESCRIPTION: Cell master cable and antenna analyzer, 25 MHz to 4000 MHZ, built-in DTF, built-in spectrum analyzer, 100 kHz to 3 GHz, built-in power meter, 4.5 MHz to 3GHz, warra nty: 1 year. DESCRIPTION OF OPTIONS: 4 each; PN: MT8200-21, Transmission measurement, warranty: 1 year. 4 each; PN: MT8200-5, Power monitor (requires external detector), warranty: 1 year. 4 each; PN: 15NNF50-1.5C, Test port cable armored, 1.5 meters, N (m)-N(f), 6 GHz, 50 Ohm, warranty: 90 days. 4 each; PN: ICN50, InstaCal TM calibration Module, 2 MHz to 4.0 GHz, N(m), 50 Ohm, warranty: 1 year. 4 each; PN: OSLN50-1, Precision N(m) open/short/load, 42dB, 6.0 GHz, warranty: 1 year. 4 each; PN: 200010 29, Battery charger, NiMH, with universal power supply, warranty: 90 days. 4 each; PN: 633-27, Rechargeable batteryk NiMH, warranty: 1 year. 4 each; PN: MT8220A-ES516, 5-year return to Anritsu repair and premium calibration for MT8220A, warranty; 1 year. 4 each; PN: 40-168, AC/DC adapter, warranty: 1 year. FOB DESTINATION: Fort Huachuca Arizona. Payment will be made by Government credit card under Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 12 noon, Mountain Standard Time, 16 March 2007. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. All Electronic and Information Technology will be Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 compliant. The following FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, applies to the ac quisition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition (See evaluation criteria above).
