Description: The HIV/AIDS Technical Advisor, under the leadership of the Senior Advisor and Team Leader for HIV/AIDS, will provide technical direction to the USG interagency team in all facets of USAID?s HIV/AIDS activities under the RDM/A OPH portfolio in implementing the President?s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). The HIV/AIDS Technical Advisor also has primary responsibility for management of USAID?s implementation instruments. This position also plays a role in coordinating and collaborating with other USG agencies and with international agency and other donor partners in the region on PEPFAR implementation.
