- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is for the following: CLIN 0001 Ultrasound PN# PMTO01, Mdl SP 3000, 1 each or equal to include 2 each Operator Manuals. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business. For this acquisition, the small Business Size Standard and the NAICS Code is339112. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. The following provision in F ederal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include and andenda to the provision.This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if the were given in full text. The Goverment will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the sol icitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
