PRON: AX7Q0173; NOUN: Support, Turbine Assembly NSN: 2840-01-412-2564; Quantity: 10 each minimum with a maximum of 75 each for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract; Part Num ber: 23051106 applicable to the T-703 engine for the OH-58 D Airframe with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. This item is restricted to the following approved sources: Rolls-Royce Corporation (Cage Code 63005) and their distributor Aviall Services, Inc. ( Cage Code 22819) because this is a commercial/non-developmental/off-the-shelf-item. As such, it is now governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules. Only FAA qualified sources are listed. Other perspective sources must qualify through the FAA under the Part Manufacturer Approval (PMA). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required it em described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source A pproval Request (SAMSAR).
