Description

This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate, and award a personal service, commercial acquisition for a Medical Research Protocol Manager to support the Department of Clinical Investigation located at Tripler Army Medical Center , Hawaii. Solicitation W81K02-07-R-0037 applies. The contractor will share responsibility for the coordination of the operation of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) program at Tripler with the primary coordinator. This is a firm fixed-price contract. This is not set-aside for small-business. This solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be issued on or about 19 March 2007. Period of Performance is for a Base Period (01 May 2007 through 30 April 2008) and four one-year option periods. This solicitation will be available on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/ asfi/) and the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/).
