- We are conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and production of part number 268-000-10 Quick Engine Change (QEC) Dolly used for the C-130 aircraft during USAF operations use. The projected requirements are 110 over the next five years with best estimated quantity of 20 ? 25/yr. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. Responses to the attached Capability Survey Questions are due 16 April 2007 in accordance with the attached Capability Survey Instructions.
