Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center, Mission Support Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS, is seeking sources among GSA schedule contractors. The services requested are for a Jordan - Geographic Information Systems (GIS)-Field Based Research project to support the Foreign Military Studies Office (FMSO). The contractor will be required to provide the services of a nationally-recognized professional, not-for-profit academic organization with established experience in addressing issues in the geographic sci ences, matters pertaining to Geographic Information Systems (GIS), interpretation of GIS data, and the relationship of geographic study to matters of national security. The complete requirement will be included in the Performance Work Statement issued wit h the Request for Proposal which will be provided to all qualified respondents. The period of performance is a base period of one year (12 months) with two twelve month option periods. This will be a firm fixed price order with cost reimbursable travel. Th e Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for this project is B599 and the North American Industrial Classification Code System (NAICS) is 541690. All responses to this sources sought notice will be reviewed and must include brief documentation of the con tractors ability to provide the required support to FMSO. The contractor shall provide their GSA contract number, labor categories, and rates for this service. Response shall include company name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, bu siness size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number and CAGE code. All responses will be considered. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration at https://www.ccr.gov. Responses must reference synopsis # W91QF4-07-GIS-JORDAN.
