You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-CH-A, Ray Byrd Contracting Specialist, FAX number 256-876-7735. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. NSN: 1680-01-117-1332, PN: 145C6100-1, Quantity: 90 each minimum/1,154 each maximum, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to CH-47, delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 90 each 440 Days After Contract Award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 281 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 90 each 293 days after contract award. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item i s restricted to Moog, Incorporated Cage Code (1K426) and The Boeing Company, CAGE Code 77272, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources are not owned by the government and cannot be purchased. This part can only be broken out to sources that have demonstrated the technical ability to produce this item, including possession of the necessary inspection/test equipment and manufacturing technology. Sources must be approved prior to being awarded a contract for th is item. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
