Description: Services for the operation and maintenance of eight Air Force bulk fuel facilities. The specific locations are: McGuire AFB, NJ; Dover AFB, DE; Langley AFB, VA; Seymour Johnson AFB, NC; Pope AFB, NC; Shaw AFB, SC; Charleston AFB, SC; and Moody AFB, GA. The period of performance will be a five-year multiyear period beginning on or about December 1, 2007. This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted to both the FedBizOpps and DESC web sites on or about April 2, 2007. A pre-proposal conference and site visits will be held for interested parties. Attendance at the preproposal conference for prime contractors is considered mandatory. The date for the conference is to be determined and will be posted to the DESC web site.
