- This sources sought Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational and planning purposes only. The Air Force is conducting market research and desires input from industry to assist in requirements planning. The information requested by this synopsis will be used within the Air Force to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please note: The Air Force will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. Performance Requirements: Headquarters Air Mobility Command (AMC) is interested in the identification of capable sources to provide services for Emergency Procedures and Simulator Egress Training for Flight Attendants flying on C-20 & C-37 (Gulfstream III, IV, V, & 550), C-32 (Boeing 757), VC-25 & E-4B (Boeing 747) aircrafts. Support includes classroom and simulator training in the following areas: training shall include normal and emergency procedures, emergency equipment, in-flight illness training to include CPR/AED training, aircraft systems training in the classroom; and an operational aircraft simulator for conducting mock drills for unplanned ground evacuation procedures, planned and unplanned crash landing and ditching procedures, fire fighting procedures, and sea survival procedures. Place of performance will be at the contractor?s location. Travel will not be required for the contractor. Information requested: 1. Company Information: Name, Address, telephone number, FAX number, point of contact(s) name(s), phone number, e-mail address 2. Request contractors interested and capable of performing Flight Attendant Training for any or all of the aircrafts listed in this Request for Information may submit capability information in terms of the ability to perform the services identified above. Capability information should include a brief description of experience in providing the type of support described above. Please include contract references relating to Flight Attendant Training to include: Contract number; agency supported, period of performance, original contract value, and POC with current phone/fax number. The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contact the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request. Capability packages should be limited to no more than 20 pages. 3. Identification of business size and whether currently designated a Small Business as defined the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 19.1 and the appropriate categories (small business (SB), small disadvantaged business (SDB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), 8(a) certified small business, service disabled veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, woman-owned small business. Small business size standards are published by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and may be found at www.sba.gove/size/sizetable2002.html. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611512. Small Business size is $23.5M. 4. Identify Major Risks: Provide general information to identify any major risks anticipated. 5. Any other information deemed useful to the Air Force. Response must be received by this office at or before 12:00 noon Central Standard Time (CST) 30 March 07.
