Description: The US Geological Survey has a requirement for a scientific meeting space and intends to make an award to the Association of American Geographers (AAG) as the only source known to possess the scientific knowledge necessary to organize and conduct this type of meeting. The USGS intends to make the award to AAG unless it is contacted by any vendor who believes they can provide the same level of scientific knowledge and meeting planning. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer no later than 04/02/2007 with an affirmative answer. Award will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.00.
