- The previous estimated issue date for the solicitation was on or about 21 February 2007, with estimated proposal due date on or about 21 March 2007. The new estimated issue date for the solicitation is on or about 26 March 2007, with an estimated proposal due date on or about 20 April 2007. The estimated proposal due date will also require the submission of seven (7) bid samples of each Offeror's product. These bid samples must be production representative, and include supporting accessories, operators manual, Quick Reference Card, batteries, one set of spare batteries, anti-reflection device, light reduction boot, and any brackets or adapters for mounting on a M1913 rail. Offerors should be prepared to provide a training and technical support team of no more than two personnel to US Army Depot Hawthorne, NV, tentatively scheduled for 30 April 2007 through 8 May 2007 in support of a User Evaluation of the WINS-T. Specific details will be provided in the solicitation . All other details provided in the 15 February 2007 Pre-solicitation Notice remain in effect. No response to this pre-solicitation or addendum is necessary.
