- Clarifications of Solicitation HM157607T0028 The awardees shall have facility with conference room to accommodate 50 attendees complete with A/V package including speaker systems and microphones and the ability to accommodate power point briefings, overhead projector, access to fax and office copier. Use of multiple break out rooms or areas Location for the Offsite shall be within 150 to 200 miles of Bethesda Maryland, nothing beyond specified the 200 miles as delineated. Lodging will include food service for all NGA attendees (First day: Check-in @ 3pm, followed by dinner @ 6pm, after dinner speaker (Government furnished speaker). Second day: Breakfast @ 7am, Seminar at 8am, lunch at 12-1pm, Seminar from 1 to 5pm, dinner at 6pm after dinner meeting; Third day: Breakfast at 6am, Seminar from 8 to 11:30am, lunch and check-out at 11:30 am to 12:30pm, seminar from 1-3pm. Departure at 3pm Closing Date is extended to 29 March 2007 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-MAR-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
