Description: The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is conducting a space survey in Plankinton, South Dakota to determine the availability of approximately 2950 square feet of net usable office space. Occupancy of the leased space is required by October 1, 2007. The space must be first class space, conform to Government specifications, be located within the city limits of Plankinton, and be fully serviced. The space must be contiguous with parking available for 23 vehicles and provide parking for large trucks, horse trailers, etc. The space must be handicapped accessible.
