- DSCR plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to two (2) one-year periods. The solicitation number will be SPM4A607R0314, IQC 06341009037. The NSNS are as follows 9150-00-223-4119, 9150-00-261-7899, & 9150-00-529-7518, Penetrating Oil. NAICS code 324191 is 500 employees. Estimated annual demand (EAD) quantity is 60 1-GL Cans for 9150-00-223-4119, 7,788 1-PT Cans for 9150-00-261-7899, & 8,868 16-OZ Aerosol Cans for 9150-00-529-7518. EPA applies. The solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set Aside , Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. Item is Critical, Commercial Product with QAP 004, CID A-A-50493B and ABVS applies. Surge will be a requirement for 9150-00-223-4119, 9150-00-261-7899, & 9150-00-529-7518. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
