Description: The US Army Contracting Agency Capital District Contracting Center, Ft Belvoir VA intends to issue a solicitation by 29 May 07 for Janitorial Services for three installations, Ft Myer, VA, Henderson Hall Marine Corps Base, Arlington, VA and Ft McNai r . Services required shall include but not limited to management, supervision, transportation, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to include planning, scheduling, coordinating, and performing a full range of custodial services post wide at Ft Myer , VA Custodial services shall be in accordance with the requirement defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The proposed solicitation is total 8(a) set aside. Prospective offerors must be registered at DOD Central Contractor Register and must b e 8(a) certified in order to be awarded a resultant contract from this solicitation.
