Requests for solicitation will be by Data Fax (256) 876-7735 or mailed to, ATTN : AMSAM-AC-CH-A, Sudie Brister, Contract Specialist. This requirement is for PRON: AX7C0317AX, NSN: 4710-01-114-0846, P/N: 145D0112-20, Quantity: 125 each Minimum/375 each Maximum. Base year plus two (2) 100% option requirements applicable to CH-47, d elivery to New Cumberland, PA, Quantity: 125 each minimum/375 each maximum. Required delivery is 125 each, 185 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article and 125 each, 123 DACA without First Article. The First Article Test Report is due 111 DACA. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, too ling or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. law, participati on in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
