THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS (FAR) SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WHITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-AS IDE. THE SMALL SIZE STANDARD IS 1000 EMPLOYEES FOR THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE 423430. THIS SOLICITATION IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE W15P7T-07-Q-D211. THE PACKAGING WILL BE CONTRACTOR'S BEST COMMERCIAL PACKAGING IAW STANDAR D PRACTICES FOR COMMERCIAL PACKAGING ASTM-D3951-98.
