Description: This notice of intent is from the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to contract with Alcatel USA Marketing, Inc. at 3400 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75075 on an other than full and open competitive basis. The contractor shall provide a protected OC-48 circuit from US Army, Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea, Terminal Control (TC) Facility to Camp Humphreys Patch & Test (P&T) Facility. Alcatel USA Marketing, Inc. is the only available supplier, based on a previously awarded contract by the US Army to provide equipment and services support for circuits connecting the TCF and PTF buildings.
