- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has a requirement for a contractor to provide Interactive Frequently Asked (FAQ) Software as an externally hosted service to OCC. The OCC is planning to launch a new public Web site that will contain information targeted toward bank customers. The site will allow bank customers to quickly and easily get answers to their questions about national banks, including which agency regulates their bank, how to file a complaint against their bank, and how to contact the OCC for assistance. The site will include an FAQ section that will allow users to determine the answers to their questions or submit a question to OCC if their question is not already present in the FAQ repository. This FAQ section will initially include approximately 200 FAQs, and the number of FAQs to be managed could grow to 5,000 to 10,000 FAQs in the future. See attached ?Draft? Statement of Work. All information must be mailed to Lisa. S. Nelson, 250 E Street, SW, MS 4-13, Washington, DC 20219 or E-mailed to lisa.nelson@occ.treas.gov no later than 3/27/07.
