- Description
- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to award a sole source modification to the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), 700 Galleria Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339, under NRC contract number NRC-04-02-067. The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the contract by 3 months, from May through July 2007, to allow the contractor to continue to provide the NRC with computer access to the EPIX System and support services until a follow-on non-competitive contract can be awarded. EPIX is a proprietary database managed by INPO for exclusive use by its member organizations. The EPIX system currently resides only at INPO. See numbered note 22.
