- Small Business Sources Sought. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking Small Businesses responses in order to determine available, qualified small business participation in the acquisition. The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) i ntends to procure services to support the Army Logistics Management College (ALMC) at Fort Lee, VA. Support consists of Instructors to conduct the Combined Logistics Captains Career Course (CLC3) training on Army doctrine. Contracted instructors will per form all the functions performed by the Army personnel occupying the Small Group Leaders (SGL) positions in the CLC3, including physical training and teaching, coaching, and mentoring. Instructors must have Army doctrinal knowledge, logistics experience, formal logistics education, instructor experience, active duty experience in a tactical logistics position, thorough knowledge of Army Combat Service Support (CSS) doctrine for the modular force; CSS organizational structures, functions, and procedures; a nd tactics; and be physically fit, able to meet the height and weight standards for the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT), and lead students in physical training. For the purpose of small businesses, the NAICS Code is 611699 All Other Miscellaneous School s and Instruction (size standard of $6.5 million). Responses (not more than 10 pages, single-sided or 5 pages double-sided, not less than 10 pitch on 8 ? x 11 paper) shall include the following information: size of company (i.e. 8(a), HubZone, WOSB, SB , SDB, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran, all others.); number of employees, revenue for the past three (3) years; relevant past performance on same/similar work for the past three (3) years, and your companys capability to do this t ype of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the functional area expertise and experience to successfully compete for the acquisition. Responses should be sent in electronic format and emailed to Sharon Morrow at sharon.r.morrow@eustis.army.mil by 2 p.m. on 9 April 2007. A copy of the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is available by e-mail request to Sharon.R.Morrow@eustis.army.mil to assist offe rors in deciding to submit capability statements for this requirement. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announ cement.
