Description

The United States Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate on an other than full and open basis with the Directorate of Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR), for the maint enance and repair of bowling equipment. The proposed contract is a base year with two (2) one-year option periods. This requirement is being sought on a sole source basis to MWR , located in a remote area approximately 26 miles north east of the city Yuma AZ. MWR. It is estimated that only 20 hours of on-site work per week is required for performance of these services. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Inter ested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 713950 with an average of $6.5M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIT IVE PROPOSALS. Responses other than the above source may identify their interest and capability to perform the requirement by submitting a proposal in writing. Proposals shall include complete mailing address, point of contact, phone number, facsimile numb er and business size. See note 22 with the exception that the time period for the receipt of proposal for consideration is 7 days instead of 45 days.
