Description

NOTICE: This procurement is for commerical items prepared in accordance with FAR 12. Solicitation Number Q1540070008 will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. This proposed contract is Full and Open Competition under NAICS Code 212319 (SIC 1429). This procurement consists of furnishing and delivering 2,390 ton of gravel (North Dakota D.O. T. Class 5) to various roads and a mix pit area (stockpile) located in Billings County, North Dakota. All delivered material must be from a State Approved Quarry. Price range for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about April 6, 2007. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideas.nbc.gov. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee notification.
